Alright fellas! I've seen it time and time again. We get the floral shirts and dull them out with a basic solid color tie. Floral is definitely the look for both men and women this season as I've previously blogged. Well, I was panning through my "useful" closet and said it's time to double floral!

Double floral in this instance is pairing the floral shirt with a floral tie. The base color of my shirt is white and is embellished with blue and light blue flowers. It's also accented with green leaves. I paired it with a navy blue based tie that is accented with blue and yellow flowers. Together it not only brought the tie to life but the shirt even more. So no...don't dull your shirt with that solid colored tie or dull your tie with a solid colored shirt. Nothing is wrong with either, but it is ok to double up and have a more lively look!
