Its that time of year where you have multiple weddings in various climates. On this occasion, one of my closest friends tied the knot in one of the most desirable areas of Georgia. Well, there are several things to consider when getting prepared to even be a guest. Since this was a daytime wedding in the spring, I had to plan accordingly.
Traditionally, you want to wear brighter colors with lighter fabrics for spring afternoon weddings. Depending on the time of the the wedding, you'd want to dress between formal and casual, unless explicitly stated on the invitation. Because it is always acceptable to be overdressed than under dressed, the expected suit and tie is appropriate. Within this realm or fashion and reason, I opted for no tie considering the Georgia springtime heat in the afternoon.
For this very special occasion for one of my very special friends, I pulled out one of my very special suits. I decided to wear my Bright Cobalt Raymond Cocktail Suit by Moods of Norway. I paired it with my Jean Slim style, Cloud Dancer color Moods of Norway shirt. This is a 100% manufactured Italian suit made from the Vitale Barberis Canonico's fabrics. I matched this ensemble with my tan Aston Grey oxfords. Again, due to the potential of over exposure to heat, time of the wedding, and venue I opted for no tie.
