So its that time of year where it is cold in the morning and hot in the afternoon. What do you do?! You don't want to be the guy the in the office with the shawl collar sweater on drenched in sweat by the afternoon. Here is just a tip as to how I dress in the mixed Arkansas Fall weather.

I suggest grabbing a nice V-neck knit top, slacks, and a hard sole shoe. This is appropriate for most jobs that require business casual dress attire without the neck tie. Doing so will allow you to be warm in the morning and comfortable in the afternoon in case your office tries to blaze the heat when the temperature has risen outside. Aside from function this look is very stylish, safe and comfortable. Many of my friends work in buildings where they do not control the thermostat themselves so, when it is hot...its hot!
