From London to Dallas

Well on yesterday I had the opportunity to get over to Dallas to see Chris Brown in concert on his "Heartbreak On a Full Moon Tour." There was so much to do in so little time. I had originally planned for a certain screen printed shirt only to find out that my subcontractor's equipment failed. Nonetheless, being the desirable man that I am, I went on to another plan of uniqueness. You see, women usually have the advantage when it comes to dress for a concert. That doesn't mean that we have to limit ourselves to whats on the rack. We too can make a statement and have fun with clothing at concerts too.
As for me, I made something magnificent out of what I had around the house. Of course, like any other event, you should properly dress for a concert too. So I will go over my look and appropriateness of dress so that you can get the complete picture. I had to consider the venue, time of day, and weather. It was Dallas, TX with temperatures exceeding 100 degrees Fahrenheit. The concert start time was 6:00 p.m. in the Dos Equis Pavilion. So yes, its outside! I chose to wear ash blue shorts due to the venue. The likelihood of you brushing up against something or someone and soiling your garment(s) is very likely. The darker short was a must. Of course its a concert so a comfortable shoe was a must. I decided on my rust pink, red/burgundy Air Max 90's which have a knit top. This was important in that they were comfortable for standing over an extended period of time and they are breathable. Please do your self a favor and not wear a leather tennis shoe. Its officially summer so that means clothe shoes are a must. The contrasting color made my look pop and of course they were dark enough so that if someone stepped on my foot visible dirt wouldn't matter.
The Shirt was a creation by me. I had ordered some lettering from a vendor in London who specializes in African prints. While this was initially for a project for my business, I found use of it personally. I purchased a basic white tee and heat pressed them on to my shirt. Remember, a desirable man commands attention while remaining silent. "HIM" plastered across my chest was by far the shirt to be discussed. I was stopped several times and asked what it meant, where did I get it from, how can it be purchased. I simple "thank you" was all that I could give. I chose the white shirt because it would make the lettering stand out more. Although it would have been best to wear black due to the extreme heat and direct sunlight. As your body heats up, the white garment reflects the light back towards the body whereas a black shirt would have absorbed the sunlight. Remember a knowledgeable man is a man of desirability!
