Good afternoon Gents! This afternoon I took advantage of one of our newest Black-owned businesses here in Atlanta. Super model, Cynthia Bailey, has recently done a soft opening of her Bailey Wine Cellar. It located in section B of the business incubator known as The Beacon. Upon entering the establishment, I took notice of the elegance and great detail that was put into this location. There was a grand chandelier that adorned the ceiling and the walls were lined with greenery to give you the feeling of the vineyards in Napa Valley. There was truly a selection of wines for everyone. All of the reds are located to the left and all of the whites are located on the right. Of course, if you know me, you know I headed straight for the white wines. I purchased a Pinot Gris by MacMurray, a Chardonnay by Francis Coppola, and a Sauvignon Blanc by Justin. The customer service was excellent. Cynthia’s sister, Mallory (Mal), was on site along with Michael.

Both of them were very knowledgeable and personable as it related to the products. I’m no wine connoisseur, but what I didn’t know the two of them gave me the insight. While checking out, Mal let me know that Cynthia just landed and was in route to the Cellar. She encouraged me to stick around and patronize the other businesses. There was a Mexican cantina at the end of the building. After a drink and some salsa, I returned to meet Cynthia, who is very polite and kind. I took pictures with her and Mal to share with you all.
